Comprehensive overview of your customers online and in one single place, within the company directory of the intranet system 321 INTRA. Client information can be pre-filled automatically from the ARES database, but of course you have the option to enter their editing.
 
You can add a photo (logo), contact information and many other notes to each customer for you and other team members to use.

Not only in this case is shown, the strength of the overall connection between the individual functions of the system. For example, by clicking on a customer, you are immediately taken to a list of the latest projects that are directly related to that customer. This eliminates the impractical task of dealing with a lot of projects and looking for the right one.

Project template

Do you constantly repeat your work tasks, and their registration becomes an unpleasant routine for you?

For project managers, the project template function was created, which allows you to duplicate the project in one click, including the set checklists.  You will save time and energy, which you can spend elsewhere and more efficiently.

From the point of view of execution, it is enough to create project(s) and add to them individual tasks intended for automatic copying (duplication of the template). Use the "Duplicate marked" button to create a 1: 1 copy, which you can then easily adjust as needed.

The project is copied, including assigned tasks, solvers, states, priorities, etc.
