Established in 1994, Univers projekt focused on designing and constructing buildings for both the state and the private sector. In 2012, Tomáš Valeský and Zdeněk Kočí, new partners and professionals in their fields, joined the company and refreshed its mission and vision. We had different expertise and experience, but shared a common goal, which was to focus on end clients. To that end, we started to design and deliver turn-key residences, homes and interiors.
